Corporate Reception Recruitment Event - 8th of August (BDE)

Job Introduction

Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Reception Team Leaders who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We would like to invite you to our recruitment event on Thursday 8th August. Further details to be confirmed. 

Salary range from £29,000 to £32,000

Our client's office is based in Baker Street. You will be part of an exciting, diverse team that supports our client: accountancy and business advisory firm, where excellence and passion are the norm every single day. All our roles are Permanent, Full Time, you will have 20 days paid holidays and access to company benefits.

Main Responsibilities

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

  • First point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building
  • Meet and greet and assist with all meetings and events on site
  • Answering and redirecting Reception phone and emails
  • Setting up and management of meeting rooms

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role (e.g., front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
  • Be enthusiastic with integrity, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail
  • Possess passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for the contribution to the team
  • Be able to create a friendly and collaborative environment, ensuring uncompromising standards of cleanliness, creating a safe workplace
  • Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
