Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Network Team Leader to work for Rapport based at St James’.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun ever growing team. The Network Team Leader will oversee 12 buildings and our Dedicated Network team. In addition to support and assist the Guest Service Account Director as well and The Deputy Guest Service Managers by ensuring that all the needs of the client are met and exceeded in a professional and friendly manner.
Our client is a global leading property management company
This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday potentially working Bank holidays and weekends as well as covering lunches. training days and sickness across our portfolio.
Role Responsibility
- Being fully responsible for the overall efficient and effective daily operations and service of the Network team
- Manage the relationship with our building customers, clients, facility team, and other Service partners
- Supporting and being the first point of contact for team members for questions, helping with problems, and overseeing team members' work for work quality and core values.
- Communicate effectively with the team and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
- Ensure the correct H&S procedures are followed and documented. This is to include but is not limited to H&S checks, fire awareness procedures, emergency contacts, incidents/accidents/near missed procedures.
- Providing management support in all operational responsibilities including health and safety, risk assessment (once a year), PAT test, fire procedure, handling issues and complaints
