Receptionist and Events Support (WFRE)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist and Events support Ambassador to join the Rapport team. We are the EMEA headquarters of one of the USA's top American banks, situated very close to the River Thames in the City of London. This incredible building consists of 9 floors, including an incredible roof terrace with 360-degree views of some of the most iconic buildings and landmarks in the UK.


With a team of 3 on our main reception and 3 looking after the event space, no day is the same in this tightknit, multi-award-winning team. team.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Main responsibilities

The main focus of this role is to create an incredible guest impression for all visitors. Working alongside a very experienced team, you will have ample support to complete your role to an exceptional level.

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Registering visitors
  • Wayfinding
  • Support corporate securities with employee badges
  • Event support
  • Setting up event spaces and temporary offices which involves moving chairs, tables and equipment

The ideal candidate will

  • Detail orientated
  • Security conscious
  • Engaging with both guests, clients and the team
  • Proficient understanding of Excel
  • Preferably have experience in using building management systems (Service NOW, Corrigo...)
