Corporate Receptionist (KFCR)

We are recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport Team of 3 Ambassadors, based in one of our client's sites near Baker Street. Our Client is the UK's leading independent Real Estate Consultancy firm, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly efficient, professional, and friendly reception team, providing excellent customer service.  

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent 

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Welcoming and registering guests at the main reception
  • Booking the client meeting rooms and supporting the catering team with the room set-up
  • Handling telephone calls and emails
  • Working with the hospitality team, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service
  • Supporting the Client with facility-related tasks and ad-hoc office duties
  • Assisting with requests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and timely manner

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have previous customer service experience within a five-star establishment (e.g., luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
  • Strong rapport-building and effective communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organised with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • IT literate with business administration skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and a genuine passion for helping others
