Job Introduction
We’re looking for a proactive Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our friendly team at a high-profile client site in Sloane Square. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, creating a warm and professional impression, while also helping to keep office operations running smoothly.
This role reports to the Reception Team Leader.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM)
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting visitors and clients with confidence and a personal touch
Keeping office facilities in good order and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Supporting coordination tasks and administrative duties
Staying informed about business activities and passing on updates quickly
Prioritising and organising your workload to deliver an efficient service
Building positive relationships across teams and departments
Communicating clearly and consistently with colleagues and managers
Following health & safety processes and maintaining accurate records
