Corporate Receptionist - Manchester (BSMCR)

Job Introduction

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face on the ground floor, engaging directly with clients and their visitors; looking after the client space; booking meeting rooms; assisting with mailroom duties, and managing the switchboard. This is a lone-working site, and you will be the key point of contact in the office for all stakeholders.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent role

Hours: 40 per week, (Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Overseeing the management of the office and meeting rooms
  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and their visitors
  • Escorting visitors to designated locations within the premises
  • Managing the mailroom efficiently
  • Addressing facility-related matters by coordinating with the appropriate teams
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc queries as required

  • Be proficient in computer usage, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
  • Ideally, possess at least one year of front-of-house customer service experience
