Receptionist and Connections Concierge (WFRC)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist - Connections Concierge to join the team at one of our prestigious client sites in the City of London, which is their EMEA head office.

The role is based at  King William Street. You will be based in a brand new building where the client occupies 8 of the 9 floors and have a roof Garden with amazing, and extremely rare, panoramic views overlooking Canary Wharf, The City, St Paul's and the River Thames.

Rapport have worked and continue to work very closely with the client and other service partners  to deliver flawless service across the building from the Ground Floor reception to the Roof Top Terrace for events, AV/VC assistance, Event coordination, Concierge offerings, area reconfigurations and everything in-between. 

This is a 12 month maternity cover role. There is a chance that the role becomes permanent. This is a permanent contract as you will be guaranteed a job on our network team when the Maternity role ends.

 

Role Responsibility

The ground floor reception team create the first impression for the EMEA head office. The Connections floor is where all the magic happens where our team help clients manage their meeting and events requests from beginning to end. It is a split role between admin and hands on set-ups across our dedicated meetings and events space with a restaurant and use if the incredible roof terrace events space.

Main responsibilities include:

Reservations
Room/Space Set-up (Reconfigurations)
Switchboard
Concierge
Security Pass Management

The ideal candidate will be:

This role is an energetic one so if you are looking for a sit-down office job, this may not be for you. If you do enjoy some admin mixed with activity and engagement, then this may be perfect for you.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as an interest and basic understanding of MS Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, work, outlook and Visio)
