Join our friendly Rapport team of 3 as a Corporate Receptionist, based in one of our Client’s sites in the City of London. Our Client is a leading international insurance company.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring the duties are carried out to the highest of standards in the Conference Floor Reception. You will be working alongside the facilities, catering, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth running of the operation at all times.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all visitors and staff.
Manage visitor registration, contacting hosts, and providing assistance as needed.
Oversee room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are set up, clean, and fully equipped.
Maintain the Reception and Hub areas, keeping refreshments and supplies organised and presentable.
Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Liaise with Facilities, Cleaning, IT, Catering, Security, and Reception teams to resolve issues quickly.
Support facilities services including post, couriers, stationery, passes, and deliveries.
Assist with ad hoc requests to ensure smooth daily operations.
