Job Introduction
We are looking for a confident and professional Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure a welcoming and efficient reception service. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while maintaining smooth daily operations at the reception area.
In this role, you will supervise reception staff, coordinate front desk activities, handle enquiries, and ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate is organised, approachable, and experienced in managing a busy front-of-house environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with reception or front-of-house experience who is looking to take the next step into a supervisory position.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM, with some flexibility as per business needs for overtime)
Salary: £36,391 per annum

What the role involves:
- Supervise and support reception team members during daily operations.
- Ensure visitors and clients receive a professional and welcoming service.
- Manage front desk schedules, breaks, and shift coverage.
- Handle enquiries, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns or complaints.
- Maintain reception area standards and administrative records.
- Train new reception staff and monitor performance.
