Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspire the team, fostering creativity and operational excellence.
  • Ensure that all catering requirements are met with the highest quality.
  • Set the standard for excellence, leading by example.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and Account Managers.
  • Prepare team rotas and assist with recruitment, HR tasks, and performance reviews.
  • Greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Organise meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV support tailored to client needs.

  • Ideally, have previous experience in a leadership role within a 5-star or luxury service environment.

  • Have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Be skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.
