We are seeking a Reception Team Leader to be part of our brand-new Rapport team, based at our client's building in Dublin. The Client is a global bank, and you will be nurturing and guiding a team of 4. While you will be part of a smaller team in Dublin you will be part of a wider team of 30+ team members situated in the UK.

We are seeking a Reception Team Leader who is ready to take ownership of this site and truly make it their own. Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the reception, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Consistently monitor and uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring excellence and consistency at all times.
- Lead the reception team by example, providing clear direction, motivation, and hands‑on support.
- Manage team rotas, proactively coordinating cover for both planned and unplanned absences.
- Confidently address and resolve internal incidents, team challenges, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding, as required.
