Customer Service Team Leader

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Customer Service Team Leader to join Rapport, supporting a high-profile corporate client across a dynamic Dublin campus.

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all client and visitor needs are met and exceeded in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. As the face of the service, you will lead by example—motivating, coaching, and supporting your team to consistently deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

You will take ownership of operational delivery, people management, and service excellence, while working closely with the client and wider workplace teams to support overall business objectives.

You will be managing and inspiring an established Customer Services team across multiple buildings, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service is delivered at all times.


Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday; flexibility required between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Customer Services team across the campus
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all office spaces
  • Maintain consistently high standards, exceeding client and visitor expectations
  • Manage rotas to ensure full coverage during core service hours
  • Support health & safety compliance and ensure all protocols are followed
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, resolving issues effectively
  • Work collaboratively with workplace operations and events teams to ensure readiness
  • Support team training, including AV capability where required
  • Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement within the team
