Ideal candidates will bring a background in hotels, aviation, or corporate hospitality, along with a genuine commitment to creating exceptional first impressions. Based in a standout Leeds location, the office offers truly striking, panoramic views of the city, a setting that’s as impressive as the role itself. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: £31,500 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to encourage innovation and consistently high performance.
- Oversee all catering services, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
- Champion best practices by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and Account Managers, building strong working relationships.
- Produce team rotas and support recruitment activities, HR processes, and performance management.
- Welcome and accompany guests with a friendly, confident, and professional approach.
- Coordinate meeting room set‑ups, refreshments, and AV requirements to meet client expectations.
