We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our front-of-house team based in Salford Quays, an area buzzing with activity, ambition, and constant movement. You’ll work alongside seven talented Rapport Ambassadors across five distinctive buildings that anchor this fast-evolving sector.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and ability to keep everything running effortlessly will help create memorable moments for clients and visitors alike. Here, you’ll play a key part in bringing people together in a truly inspiring environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis from 8 AM to 5 PM)
Salary: £29,232 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Deliver a friendly, polished, and inclusive greeting to every stakeholder, ensuring each interaction is memorable for the right reasons.
- Manage visitor arrivals, access passes, and day-to-day enquiries with assurance and efficiency.
- Provide flexible support across several buildings, seamlessly adapting to different front-of-house settings as needed.
- Work closely with security and facilities teams to help maintain a safe, well-organised, and welcoming reception environment.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards, ensuring the reception space is always tidy and professional.
- Approach every responsibility with enthusiasm and precision, contributing to an outstanding experience for everyone who steps through the doors.
