Job Introduction
We are looking for a passionate and professional Guest Services Receptionist to join our Rapport team, providing exceptional front‑of‑house support for a prestigious financial services client in Canary Wharf. This is a dynamic, client‑facing role where no two days are the same, from warmly welcoming guests on the Ground Floor to supporting meeting delegates on our Client Floor.
You will be joining a polished and energetic Front of House team of 15 ambassadors who take pride in creating an outstanding visitor experience. Together, we represent the face of our client’s business, ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless, and reflective of the professionalism and excellence that define both our service and their organisation.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and register all guests at both the Main Reception and Client Floor Reception, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional, and memorable first impression.
- Escort guests to meeting rooms or other required destinations within the building, offering proactive assistance and clear guidance throughout their visit.
- Uphold all company service standards and Health & Safety procedures at all times, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality service environment.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly approach, ensuring all business needs are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Maintain immaculate client meeting rooms, ensuring they are fully functional, presentable, and ready for use; provide support to the catering team when required.
- Handle all internal and external calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, delivering a seamless communication experience.
