Join a team as a Corporate Receptionist where exceptional service and refined presentation are at the heart of everything we do. As the face of our client’s brand, you’ll deliver a guest experience defined by warmth, precision, and understated luxury. From the moment guests arrive, you’ll create an atmosphere of calm professionalism—ensuring every detail reflects the high standards of both Rapport and our client.
Our team of 12 works hand in hand to deliver a flawless front-of-house experience. From managing the ground floor welcome area to coordinating client meetings and events, we operate as one cohesive unit. We share a common goal: to anticipate needs, elevate every interaction, and continuously exceed client expectations.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for every visitor, you’ll bring our client’s brand to life through authentic connection, impeccable service, and attention to detail. Your role is about creating an effortless, welcoming environment where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors.
- Manage visitor registration and coordinate with hosts for smooth arrivals.
- Respond to guest requests quickly, thoughtfully, and effectively.
- Handle all calls and messages with clarity and professionalism.
- Oversee meeting room bookings, catering, and setup for seamless experiences.
- Keep reports and administrative records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with colleagues and partners to create a cohesive front-of-house experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver beyond expectations.
- Ensure VIP guests receive attentive, discreet service.
- Represent both Rapport and our client with confidence, style, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally have previous experience in a luxury, corporate, or five-star hospitality setting.
- Communicate with warmth, sincerity, and confidence—both in person and in writing.
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Bring creativity and structure to your work, balancing initiative with teamwork.
- Present yourself with professionalism and authenticity.
- Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, colleagues, and guests.
- Possess strong English language skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate passion, positivity, and pride in providing exceptional service.
- Ideally have one or more years of customer service experience.
