Job Introduction
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, representing our distinguished client, an international private equity firm with an impeccable reputation for excellence and innovation. Based near Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations, this role calls for someone who takes pride in delivering a seamless, five-star experience to every guest and colleague.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; on a shift rota between 8 AM and 6 PM)
Salary: £34,000 per annum

- Delivering a warm, professional, and five-star welcome to every guest and employee.
 - Ensuring all client and visitor interactions reflect the highest standard of service and efficiency.
 - Managing calls, emails, and queries promptly with precision and care.
 - Anticipating and responding to client needs in a proactive, solutions-focused way.
 - Maintaining impeccable presentation of the reception area and yourself at all times.
 - Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a culture of excellence, adaptability, and reliability.
 
The ideal candidate will

 - Previous experience within a luxury, five-star, or corporate hospitality environment is essential.

 - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional telephone etiquette.
