Manchester | Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shift rota 7am–7pm)
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Host to join our Rapport team at one of Manchester’s most prestigious corporate addresses. This is an opportunity to be part of an elite Front of House service where poise, discretion, and excellence are paramount.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will embody our client’s brand values through refined service and impeccable presentation. From greeting guests with warmth and professionalism to ensuring meeting spaces are prepared to perfection, your role will be pivotal in creating an atmosphere of calm efficiency and understated luxury.
You will:
Deliver a seamless and intuitive guest experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Manage front-of-house operations including visitor check-ins, meeting room coordination, and VIP arrivals.
Respond promptly and gracefully to all email and telephone enquiries.
Liaise confidently with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Oversee meeting room reservations and ensure all spaces are prepared to the highest standard.
Maintain expert knowledge of hospitality and catering offerings, including private dining and client events.
Represent both Rapport and our client with elegance, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
About You
You are naturally polished, confident, and approachable, with a five-star service mindset. You understand that exceptional service is about emotional connection as much as operational excellence.
You will bring:
A background in luxury hospitality, premium corporate environments, or five-star hotels.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your approach to each guest.
Impeccable personal presentation and an eye for detail.
A calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organisational ability and a passion for creating an outstanding client experience.
Our Culture & Benefits
At Rapport, we celebrate individuality, creativity, and excellence. You’ll be part of an award-winning team that sets the standard for corporate hospitality.
Benefits include:
Exclusive travel and retail discounts, plus life assurance and financial well-being support.
Contributory pension scheme to secure your future.
Health and wellness programs, including Employee Assistance and digital GP services.
Ongoing personal and professional development through bespoke training pathways.
Recognition through our WOW Awards and annual appreciation events.
One paid day each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to you.
Join a team that believes service is an experience, not a transaction — where every interaction is crafted with care, and every day offers the chance to make someone’s day extraordinary.
