Job Introduction
We’re hiring a Corporate Receptionist to become part of our Rapport team, assisting at our client's site within the City of London. Our client is a well-established British multinational company focused on risk management, insurance brokerage, and advisory solutions.
The role calls for a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, effective teamwork, honesty, mutual respect, and a passion for high standards. Type of Contract: Full-time, 12-months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, on a shift rota between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to meeting rooms or other locations within the building
- Efficiently and proactively managing guest requests, ensuring all business needs are handled promptly and professionally
- Providing ongoing administrative support
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating the provision of AV and other necessary equipment
- Collaborating with the events team to arrange catering support for meeting spaces
- Managing all internal and external phone calls with professionalism

- Ideally has previous reception experience within a corporate or hospitality setting
