Job Introduction
We are looking for a Cluster Reception Supervisor to join our Rapport team, based at our client’s offices in the heart of the City of London. As you will be involved in managing multiple buildings, your title will be Cluster Supervisor where you'll be supervising an immediate team of 5, spread across 3 buildings.
The offices are owned and managed by our client, who is one of the most successful and recognisable property asset companies in the UK. You will be the face of the brand in our client's high-specification offices in an architecturally striking building. You will look after multiple reception sites to provide the highest level of service and ensure that the customer’s needs are in the centre of everything you do.
Type of contract: Full-time, Fixed-term, Maternity cover 12 months
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, covering shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM as per the client’s needs, on a shift rota basis).

Main responsibilities
- Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation
- Providing the highest level of service and care to all of the client’s employees and their customers, guests, and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures
- Being responsible for all ground floor reception team members, lobby hosting withing the cluster and events coordination
- Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
- Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate will

- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Be confident in dealing with high profile customers and visitors in a busy corporate reception
- Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Be creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house ideally within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
