Client Experience Coordinator (ACCEC)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Client Experience Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the VIP guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.  

This role is a 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday / Flexible, based on client needs.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide a VIP pre-arrival and arrival experience to all clients, ensuring all guests receive a personal and memorable experience.
  • Manage the VIP client area, supporting visitors on securing an office space and liaising with internal clients to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Be creative, process-driven and resourceful with a can-do attitude.

The role is based at Fenchurch Street, your main responsibilities are to work seamlessly with different departments to create memorable arrival experiences for our clients and their guests. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will thrive as part of a large team and also have the ability to work independently when required; has great attention to detail, strong communications skills (both written and verbal) plus a positive, yet realistic outlook. This is a role that requires natural flair to deal with a great number of stakeholders, plus both internal and external VIPs.

  • Previous VIP / High Profile costumer service experience required
  • Welcoming and positive personality
  • Proficient in business administration
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of attention to detail
