Rapport is seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to support the delivery of premium Dining, Conferencing, Fitness and Workplace Services across the UK, Europe & MEA clusters, with a primary focus on Dublin.
This is a varied and high-impact role offering operational oversight, project coordination and senior-level administrative support within a fast-paced, 5* corporate environment.
The Role
Reporting to the UK, Europe & MEA Operations Manager and Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards across our Dublin operations, with wider cluster support as required.
You will be based onsite at North Wall Quay, overseeing operations and supporting the delivery of our new Dublin headquarters at Waterfront South Central (WSC).
There will also be requirements to provide operational and project support in London, particularly during the Canary Wharf mobilisation, and in Belfast when required. Flexibility to travel as part of cluster-wide support is therefore essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Act as a key onsite presence at Dublin North Wall Quay, working closely with approved vendors.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Risk and Third-Party programmes.
Monitor service levels and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and cost-effective delivery.
Support vendor invoicing, billing and financial processes.
Project Coordination
Support delivery of 5* colleague and client services at Waterfront South Central (WSC).
Supervise task timelines and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
Partner with UK project leads to ensure best practice alignment across locations.
Provide support for the London Canary Wharf mobilisation and other cluster projects, including Belfast, as required.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Develop strong working relationships with key support functions including Finance, Global Sourcing, Security and Real Estate Services.
Monitor progress of agreed actions across divisions and ensure stakeholders remain informed of developments.
Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional bespoke in-house events.
Systems & Innovation
Build knowledge of Event Management Software (EMS) and Virtual EMS to support front-line reception teams.
Act as a liaison with global software teams to resolve time-sensitive support queries.
Maintain and optimise operational process libraries across services.
Support management of online content across divisional platforms and internal communications tools.
Executive & Team Support
Provide diary management and administrative support to the UK, Europe & MEA leadership team.
Prepare presentations, briefing papers and project documentation.
Coordinate feedback groups and support implementation of action plans.
Foster a culture of innovation, engagement and continuous improvement.

A higher education background is desirable, though exceptional candidates with strong operational experience will be considered.
