Office Service Ambassador

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Office Service Ambassador to join our award-winning Rapport team, based in the client's offices near St Paul's. Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, and you will play a key role in creating unique experiences through remarkable service to every guest and support to internal employees. 

Type of Contract - Part-time, 12 month fixed term role role (32 hours per week) 

Hours - Monday to Thursday on a shift rota basis from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide client-area support and respond to office requests.

  • Handle printing, scanning, reprographics, and document binding.

  • Monitor and respond to emails.

  • Replenish stationery in copy and meeting rooms.

  • Assist with meeting room setups, including moving furniture.

  • Manage courier bookings, franking, and internal post distribution.

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
