Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday; on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage meeting room bookings and support smooth coordination of room usage.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and on‑the‑day support.
- Provide basic catering services, including preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.
