If you enjoy working at pace, staying organised, and delivering exceptional client support, this role is for you. As part of our established Events team, you’ll help create seamless event experiences from the very first enquiry through the planning stages and all the way to the event day itself.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

The Event Coordinator is primarily responsible for booking, coordinating, and managing the use of the Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces across all of our London Offices. Working closely with the Head of Events you will ensure the smooth running of the department and a seamless client journey.

  • Being the first point of contact for our hosts, bookers, and guests.
  • Providing a warm and informative welcome, introducing the area and facilities available to key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the coordination and production of all assigned meetings and events.
  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of all aspects for an event.
  • Taking ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability, and diary management, through to the delivery and follow-up of all bookings.
  • Working in partnership with all other service providers to develop and deliver events successfully.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day event management for all event activity across all our London sites.
  • Support multiple different offices with their events.
  • Deliver daily reports to key clients and be the key contact for data input for anything relating to Events.

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally have at least two years’ experience in reservations and event coordination, with a solid understanding of event space layouts and setup styles. 
  • Be confident in business administration, demonstrating strong time‑management skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. 
  • Be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
  • Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
