Job Introduction
Working as Events Coordinator you will provide the highest level of service and care to all of our guests in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for our Hosts, Bookers and Guests providing a warm and informative welcome and introducing them to the area and its facilities.
- You will be extremely customer focused and be able to deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist with the coordination and production of all assigned meetings and events.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of all aspects for an event, taking complete ownership for each event from the confirmed booking, planning and logistics, through to the delivery and follow up of all bookings.
- Work in partnership with all other service providers including catering to develop and deliver events successfully.
- Day to day event management for all event activity.
The ideal candidate will

- Proven experience in reservations, event planning or coordination.
- Proficient in business administration
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Ideally have experience using event management software programs.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by event schedules.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of attention to detail
