We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's flagship building in Canary Wharf. The Client is a global bank, and you will be part of a diverse team of 30+ team members.
We are in the midst of an exciting new chapter as we prepare to move into a stunning new building designed to elevate the workplace experience. The space features exceptional amenities, including cafés, a fully equipped gym, and a beautifully designed garden located at the heart of the building, along with much more.
This is one of the most sought-after teams of 2026, and we’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, has a sharp eye for detail, and can seamlessly anticipate the needs of both clients and guests.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, five‑star welcome to visitors and employees, ensuring every interaction reflects the client’s brand and service standards.
- Register visitors efficiently upon arrival and liaise with hosts to ensure timely and seamless check‑ins.
- Escort visitors to the client floor, creating a personalised and engaging experience while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Manage meeting room booking requests, coordinating catering and hospitality requirements to support smooth, well‑organised meetings.

- Ideally, have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a similar setting.
- Have the ability to anticipate client’s and guest’s needs.
