Job Introduction

Join our dynamic Rapport team of two as a Corporate Receptionist at a prestigious client site in the Sloane Square

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 6 PM based on a shift rota)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating a professional client experience that meets customer needs
  • Ensuring facilities are operational and service delivery is consistent
  • Staying updated on business activities and communicating changes promptly
  • Organising your work efficiently for timely service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with all departments for seamless service
  • Communicating accurately and attentively with peers and management
  • Following and documenting all health and safety procedures.
