Workplace Services Supervisor (DLWSS)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Workplace Services Supervisor to join our team of 25 Workplace Services Ambassadors (WSAs) at one of of Rapports most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world, and you will play in a crucial role in supporting management team delivering the high end experience in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass and the client.

As a Workplace Services Supervisor, you will lead a group of the WSAs. Your support network includes two Duty Managers who oversee the daily operations, and a Workplace Experience Manager, focused on strategic initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Type of contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the requirements of the teams working on delegated floors
  • Supporting the management team by ensuring the working floors run smoothly
  • Ensuring the Workplace Services Ambassadors provide and effective and consistent level of service to staff on all floors
  • Supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce whilst fostering relationships and building the workforce community
  • Monitoring, managing and supporting space utilisation within the London campus
  • Implementing company policies to comply with all legislation, including H&S and Environmental policies
  • Demonstrating positive behavioural style of being polite, helpful, and leading by example
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations
