Job Introduction
- Role: Senior Receptionist
- Location: Dublin
- Salary: €36,000 per annum
- Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
- Team: Reporting to the London-based Guest Services Manager. Collaborating with 18 Rapport Ambassadors

Main responsibilities
- Assisting the business on the client floor
- Greeting and welcoming agencies and their guests to the building, hosting the meeting rooms
- Dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via telephone or email
- Managing meeting rooms and liaising with different service providers
- Continuously developing client knowledge and awareness
- Maintaining awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
- Ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner
- Having an overview and managing all internal meeting room bookings in person, telephone, or email
- Booking AV and liaising with the on-site IT team as required
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer care is used at all times
- Ensuring all comments and complaints are communicated and addressed as required
