Job Introduction

This is an opportunity to be part of a great team for a new challenge in the IT department. Supporting the IT team with tracking assets, contacting leavers and retrieving assets as part of a new process.

The first 6 months in this rile will be as IT Support. After the 6 months you will become part of the Workplace Services Team. This is a Permanent Contract, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

The client organisation is a Global Auditing and Consultancy Firm. 

Role Responsibility

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Contact company leavers by telephone or email in advance of their leaving date, asking the individual to return their IT assets to a UK office
• Booking couriers for individuals unable to attend a UK office
• Update the company IT asset recovery tracker throughout the process
• Collect the IT assets when physically returned to the London office
• Weekly calls with IT & HR management updating the progress of the IT asset returns
• Updating the Workplace Services SMT with progress of the IT asset returns
• Work with the regional teams to assist in the recovery of IT assets
• Chase individuals post leaving date if IT assets have not been returned to a UK office
• Retrieve historical IT assets from locations on the London campus when necessary
• Raise escalations of non-returned IT assets to the relevant teams where necessary
• Contribute to the improvement and robustness of the process

• Have experience in customer service
• Have excellent use of written and spoken English
• Have strong analytical skills
• Be proficient working use of Microsoft Excel & Teams
