Office Coordinator - Manchester (ACOCM)

Contract type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday - Thursday with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays on request. The core service hours of Customer Services are 08:00-18:00)

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Provide a warm welcome, assist in meetings, maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships.
  • Operational Support: Ensure smooth daily operations, complete floor walks and audits, and proactively take on ad hoc duties and projects.
  • Technology & Event Support: Oversee the full event process for onsite events, including the use of our in house event management system. Directly work with on-site team to prepare and manage events from start to finish, including troubleshooting, equipment problems, and solving technical issues.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company/site policies, and undergo Fire Warden and First Aid training.
  • Space & Occupancy Management: Capture occupancy data, conduct daily census, and support space utilisation initiatives.
  • Flexibility & Collaboration: Be adaptable to changing tasks, and work closely with the client and team.

  • Take part in the cross-training program which covers all areas of the department
  • Attend both individual and group training sessions as required
