Job Introduction
We are looking to welcome a high motivated, creative and enthusiastic Welcome Host to join the Rapport family in Watford .
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.
The core hours of the role will be an 8-hour shift within the service hours of 07.00 – 19.00. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.
Role Responsibility
This role will specialise in the overall client experience across all aspects of the ground floor. Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises.
- To provide excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards.
- To be flexible in their approach and offer business support as required, it will be a very ‘hands on’ and proactive role and requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment

- Computer literate – Microsoft Office programs; Outlook; Booking Systems, Phone Systems
- Hold a strong customer service background with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Ability to follow initiative and think outside of the box and be open-minded
- Take ownership of tasks
- Maintain a sense of pride in your work
- Works well within a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Maintain flexibility and a can-do attitude when being asked to support in cross departmental tasks
