We’re currently recruiting a Receptionist / Concierge to become part of the Rapport Guest Services Team, based at our currently renovated client’s office in Dublin 2.
In this front-of-house role, you’ll be the first point of contact for occupiers and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment.
We’re a dynamic team of 20 passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and top-tier facilities support to every occupier and visitor we look after. This is a dynamic and evolving role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. You’ll work closely with the Building Management and Facilities teams and will also play a key part in supporting a major refurbishment project—helping ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-managed throughout.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5:30 PM)

Main responsibilities
- As a Receptionist / Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
- Our team is at the heart of the building—we manage the daily flow of activity, support our high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome their visitors. With a strong focus on intuitive, high-quality customer service, we ensure that every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.
