Receptionist/Concierge - Dublin - 1-year FTC (IPMC)

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Concierge to work as part of our Rapport team at our client’s offices in the heart of Dublin 2. We are a team of 20 upbeat individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and facilities support to our occupiers and visitors across our 11 locations. Our client is Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin.

Type of contract: Full-time, 1-year Fixed-term Maternity cover 

Hours: 44 per week (Monday-Thursday: 8am-6pm, Friday: 8am-5pm)

Main responsibilities

  • As a Receptionist / Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
  • Our team is at the heart of the building—we manage the daily flow of activity, support our high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome their visitors. With a strong focus on intuitive, high-quality customer service, we ensure that every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.
  • You’ll work closely with the Building Management and Facilities teams and will also play a key part in supporting a major refurbishment project—helping ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-managed throughout.
