Job Introduction

Join our friendly Rapport team of 3 as a Corporate Receptionist, based in one of our Client’s sites in the City of London. Our Client is a leading international insurance company.

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring the duties are carried out to the highest of standards in the Conference Floor Reception. You will be working alongside the facilities, catering, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth running of the operation at all times.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome external visitors: contact the host, offer refreshment, escort them to the hub/meeting room, helping with any needs.
  • Manage the room bookings, amend and attend to the requests.
  • Register visitors in the building system.
  • Ensure meeting rooms set ups are ready, neat and tidy and all the equipment is working prior of the meetings.
  • Managing the Reception and HUB areas, ensuring the coffee machines, snacks and tea are tidy, organised and operating up to standard.
  • Handle all external and internal calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lease with the Facilities, Cleaning, IT, Catering, Security and Ground floor reception Teams according to the needs to provide a prompt and high standard service.
  • Support with Facilities services as Post, Courier, Flowers and Hampers, Business Cards, Stationary, Staff and visitors passes.
