Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Office Coordinator / Receptionist to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Old Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service for both internal and external guests. The Office Coordinator is responsible creating memorable experiences and ensuring the office is running smoothly on a day to day basis.
This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are 07.00 – 20.00 / Flexible, based on client needs.
Role Responsibility
To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring my duties are carried out to the highest of standards, coordinating office initiatives & events from start to finish.
- To provide an exceptional welcome to customers to the Office (meet and greet)
- To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations supporting Office Manager, and being able to effectively multitask
- To improve customer engagement in all areas ensuring a smooth user experience
- To aid in the processes for Starters and Leavers from an office access POV
- To ensure all equipment/technology is in working order, and troubleshoot when needed
- To ensure a safe working environment for all floor occupants
- Setting and maintaining high standards so that customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded
- Recognize and resolve any logistical issues and escalation when neede
- To build a good relationship with the client and work together toward the same goals in creating a fun and lively working environment
- Uphold the vision and values of the company and client in all actions and behaviours
