Receptionist (GWR)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our award-winning Rapport team, based in the client's offices near St Paul's. Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, and you will play a key role in creating unique experiences through remarkable service to every guest and support to internal employees. 

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
  • Welcoming guests at reception
  • Escorting guests to their booked meeting spaces within the building when required
  • Acting upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Handling external and internal calls professionally
  • Booking meeting rooms accurately and ensuring that all AV, room layout and food and beverage requirements are noted
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
  • Always acting according to Rapport and the client’s standards

The ideal candidate will

  • Have previous experience as a Receptionist at prestigious organisations (e.g., five star hotel, airline, corporate setting)
  • Have excellent command of English language, written and verbal
  • Be proactive, flexible, with great attention to detail and can-do attitude, and ambition to learn and grow
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Have passion to achieve excellent guest service in everything that they do
