Job Introduction
Rapport is currently recruiting for an Dedicated cover Receptionist who will be based in London but will cover the reception at our client's offices in Swindon, Cambridge, St. Albans and Stockley Park Office. The client is one of the worlds largest tech companies. You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative and exciting environment.

The overall team consists of 22 team members based in 10 different locations.
This is a permanent full time role and 8 hour shifts will be between 8am and 6pm.
Role Responsibility
As Dedicated Cover Receptionist you will be working alongside one other team member whom both cover all holiday/absence for the team. All travel time outside of London given in lieu (must be taken within 3 months). If covering holiday/long absence in Swindon will stay in nearby hotel rather than travel back and forth. All expenses paid.
Main responsibilities will include covering the reception desk, meet and greet, book meeting rooms, support client with adhoc projects and liaise with couriers and contractor arriving at site
