Reception Team Leader (EBTL)

Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Reception Team Leader to join our fantastic team of friendly and supportive Rapport Ambassadors, based in Canary Wharf. Our client is a climate finance leader, and you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional but warm customer service, supporting the Switchboard services during busy periods and periods of absence. Professionalism, desire to learn, excellent communication skills and genuine passion for customer service are key to this role.

If you are a Corporate Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience in the role who is now looking for stepping up, or Reception Team Leader who is looking for a new opportunity, this may be the role for you!

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working Monday – Friday on a shift rota basis from 7 AM to 7 PM as per the client’s needs. The position comes with excellent discounts in our on-site staff restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Guest Services Manager with the smooth operation of services and deputising in their absence
• Continuously engaging with the team to ensure high levels of productivity
• Proactively assisting with all client requests in a professional, efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Supporting the front-of-house team with the day-to-day operations
