Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist Manager to join our small team, based in Fenchurch Street in the City of London.

We have the pleasure of working at the client's office based in the legendary Walkie Talkie building, with access to the Sky Garden. This is a great opportunity to learn about all areas of reception and basic facilities duties. Being part of a small reception team, you are the face of the company to all guests and employees, and you will have a chance to have a positive impact on the business. You will be working alongside the facilities, catering, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth running of the operation at all times.

Role Responsibility

You will be in charge

  • developing, training and motivating your team
  • organising Rotas
  • Recruitment new team members
  • Attending client meetings
  • Creating processes and Procedures

While assisting your team with…

  • 5 star service
  • Meeting and Greeting clients
  • Switchboard
  • booking meeting rooms
  • Post duties
  • Assisting with internal events
  • Ad hoc duties (Ordering Flowers, hampers, business cards, etc.

40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 7:30am till 6pm

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have a bubbly, friendly personality, with a can do attitude, strong team spirit and has a passion for excellent customer service.  Someone with the ability to adapt to any situation. A person who enjoys building relationships, as well as being able to have a great attention to detail and has the ability to take initiative when required.
Ideal Skills for this role are great customer service, strong administration, and AV capabilities.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of managing a team. Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferable. 

You need to have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
