Client Services Manager (ADCSM)

Join our vibrant Rapport team as a Client Services Manager! You will be based in the heart of Dublin, working with a prestigious law firm.  This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of service that truly makes a difference.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be the go-to person for all guest-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations. Your proactive mindset will help you identify and resolve issues while building strong, meaningful relationships with guests and internal teams.

In this role, you will join and lead a dedicated team professionals across Reception, Events, and Switchboard. Your coaching and supervision will empower your team to excel in their roles.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility as needed)

Ideal Start Date: April 2025

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the quality of client services to ensure exceptional operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a client-cantered environment through regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for swift resolution of guest issues.
  • Support recruitment and HR activities, including onboarding and development reviews.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and succession initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on key operational metrics.

  • Have at least two years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Be knowledgeable about HR and Recruitment procedures, and best practices.
