Reception Supervisor - Dublin (BADRS)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Reception Supervisor to join our Rapport team of 3 Ambassadors, based in Dublin. Our client is a global financial institution, and this role plays a crucial part in delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience. As a Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the reception team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will be working closely with our clients in providing exceptional front of house services including reception, facilities and event management.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure each reception operation in the building runs smoothly, providing seamless service.
  • Assisting with booking rooms and events.
  • Support and guide the reception team in delivering a first-class client experience.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as updating holiday and absence trackers.
  • Report any operational or facility-related issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and employees.

The ideal candidate will

  • Enjoy being part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
  • Have 1-2 years worth of supervisor experience, ideally in reception operations, with the ability to support and guide colleagues.
  • Adaptable and able to multi task and quick to respond to last minute requests.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, ensuring all reception functions operate smoothly.
  • Be proactive and solutions-focused, identifying and resolving any challenges efficiently.
