Reception Manager (MGRM)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Reception Manager to work as part of the Rapport team at our client's office in the City of London. You will lead a team of 5 Receptionists and 1 Team Leader who cover two reception desks (ground floor and client floor) in a tenanted building. The client is a prestigious financial firm based in a fantastic building in the City by the river Thames.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am to 5pm.

 

Role Responsibility

- Ensuring a smooth operation of two Reception desks
- Liaising with other third party contractors to provide the best service to the Client
- Reporting on a monthly basis to the Client
- Being in the operation and supporting the team during crunch hours at Reception and being the main point of contact for the Tenants in anything Reception-related
- Implement innovation initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

There are currently two companies in the building, but more tenants moving into the newly refurbished building, so there are very exciting and challenging times ahead for someone with the right attitude.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with the client and with the tenants as well and there´s currently a great working relationship established with both. We are looking for someone proactive who can multitask and anticipate the needs of the client, come up with new and exciting ideas to better the guest´s experience. You need to be able to lead and motivate a varied team. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate financial awareness to deal with budgets and someone who has excellent communication skills. Creative problem-solving skills would also be ideal.
