Guest Services Manager (CDGSM)
Job Introduction
We are delighted to be recruiting a Guest Services Manager to lead a brand new Rapport team at our client's offices located in London.
The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Front of House Department which includes but is not limited to Reception, Meeting Rooms, and Internal Client Experience.

As Guest Service Manager, you will be working a 40 hour-week Monday - Friday (Flexible within the business needs) Operating hours are from 08:00 - 17:00 with some travel to the regional offices in Peterborough and Manchester.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively dealing with clients and guests requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Ensuring the smooth running of meeting rooms and events operations
- Making sure general maintenance on floors is monitored and any issues are highlighted promptly
- Assisting in coaching and leading the reception, reservations, and call services teams
- Managing Budgets and Financial Planning
- Working with Condeco and visitor management systems
- Managing, coaching, training and developing the team to ensure successful and efficient delivery of services
The ideal candidate will

- Have at least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, including client, team and peers
- Possess extensive knowledge of all HR procedures and protocol
- Be a proven leader who is enthusiastic about continuous development of the team and the self
- Possess a strong financial acumen and communication skills
- Have previous experience and knowledge of Condeco and visitor management systems
- Have a vibrant personality who can act with integrity, highly organised, with a can-do attitude and passion for delivering high standard service
- Have great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively influence business decisions
- Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to be proactive and act with intuition
- It would be desirable to have experience in Community, charity work and building/tenant ‘Apps’
