Job Introduction

In this key role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing versatile administrative support to our client, and play an essential part in planning and coordinating events. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis from 8 AM to 6 PM)
Main responsibilities
- Reception & Administration: Oversee day-to-day reception and administrative duties, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless office operations.
- Vendor, Team & Service Provider Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and external service providers—including security and cleaning—to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.
- Meeting & Visitor Management: Manage meeting room bookings and visitor registration to optimise space usage and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Facilities Collaboration: Work closely with the Facilities Managers on a variety of tasks to maintain high standards of building upkeep.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organising, and executing office events—from small meetings to large gatherings—ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Take on additional tasks as directed by your manager, the client, or the Facilities Managers.
