We are excited to be recruiting for a Lobby Host to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.
As a Lobby Host, you'll be at the heart of the workplace experience, delivering memorable first impressions and exceptional customer service. You'll welcome visitors, support occupiers, and work with your team to create a professional, seamless, and engaging environment.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
Working Days: 4 days a week
Shifts: 7am – 6pm or 8am – 7pm (10 hours working) – 1 hour unpaid lunch – 2 x 30 paid breaks
Salary: £36,624 per annum

Main responsibilities:
- Be the face of the workplace, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to every visitor.
- Create exceptional first impressions and ensure every guest receives a seamless, VIP experience.
- Guide and support visitors throughout their journey, providing information, assistance, and proactive service.
- Build positive relationships with occupiers, visitors, security teams, and key stakeholders.
- Manage visitor arrivals and access processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Take ownership of the lobby and reception areas, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
- Anticipate needs, resolve queries, and confidently handle challenges to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a consistently high standard of service and workplace experience.
- Contribute ideas and embrace new ways of working to continuously enhance the visitor experience.

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Be confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
- Present yourself impeccably and display exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Bring genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service in every interaction.
- Ideally have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a similar role, such as front‑of‑house reception within a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
