Hospitality Ambassador (DLGSA)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting Guest Service Ambassadors to join our team based at our prestigious client's offices in the heart of the City of London. 

Role Responsibility

The Hospitality Host / Receptionist is responsible for the operation of all client facing floors and hospitality areas across the office in which they are working. Being a ‘Covid-19 Champion’ by ensuring you provide a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors and employees. 

The core hours of the Ambassador will be an 8-hour shift within the service hours of 07.00 – 23.00. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.

Overall purpose of role: To provide excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring the office is Covid-19 safe and carrying out all duties to the highest of standards. To be flexible in their approach and offer business support as required, including but not limited to supporting the other operational areas with their duties, ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and set up to the required standards. It is a very ‘hands on’ and proactive role and requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment. This role specialises in the external client experience, from the ground floor to the meeting room. This role will also support, when the business requires, other operational areas and be flexible in their approach to any additional requests. The role also involves daily cleaning in line with food safety standards, including glass polishing and maintaining a coronavirus safe environment amongst others.
