Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant and friendly Rapport team, based in our Client’s offices in Dublin. Our Client is an ever-expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Global alignment initiative while providing an outstanding service all key stakeholders.
You will be joining our Team Leader, looking after 2 of our Client's buildings. The wider team consists of 19 Rapport Ambassadors spread across 10 locations in the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Meet and greeting all visitors to site.
- Manage the Reception, Switchboard, and Client meeting rooms, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- Proactively deal with inquiries and requests in person, via telephone, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the necessary awareness of the building facilities to advise and direct guests and clients accordingly.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment).

- Look for opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our services.
- Be effective communicator and team player.
