Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM – 6 PM)

Salary:  £34,165 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Ensure that, when necessary, refreshments are made available to clients.
  • Lending a helping hand where required, ensuring that the staff satisfaction is met through making teas, coffees, and providing any adhoc assistance.
  • Assisting the company with administrative support including photocopying, scanning, printing, and biding documents, booking taxis and couriers, collecting, and distributing parcels.
  • Manage meeting room reservations ensuring all enquiries are processed accurately (Book meeting rooms / videoconference / audioconference and catering when requested).
  • Assist in organising different types of events by setting up breakfast/lunches and dinners.
  • Answering all incoming calls and emails promptly.
  • Take full ownership of the reception and all associated areas, making sure they are always kept in the best possible order, leasing with cleaners, facilities, security, and other departments as deemed necessary.
